Here's a cool review from Amie's site about 12RODS.

"For you Nashvillians who missed this show over the summer, and thats all but about 10 of you, you missed one of the best bands I've seen in a while. This isn't my favorite 12 rods cd, but its still worth your listen. I have no clue why "What Has Happened" didnt recieve a little more play. It's hella poppy This is a song sung repeatedly at very high volumes by a car load of my friends.Usually while driving through downtown Nastyville. I also finally met Michael at this show. We had actually been at 2 of the same shows the week before (FLOZ at The Boro and Folk Implosion at 3rd and Lindsey) I'm glad Mark bought me the extra beer that gave me the courage to up and say hello to him. That show was followed by a night of playing pool at H-cue's. What a good time!"

I found some cool 12RODS related bands on mp3.com. Future Wives is Ryan and Mark Mallman. Dot Dot Dot is Ev's side project. Ryan Smith plays guitar with Mark Mallman and Christopher McGuire (12RODS old drummer) plays drums on some tracks. The love-cars features the drumming of Dave King. Mark Mallman just rocks, so check him out.

I found some cool 12RODS stuff at Digital Club Network Here are links to the All Ages Show and the 21+ Show on 12/02/00 at the 7th. Street Entry in Minneapolis. And being the sneak person I am, I found a show they haven't posted yet. A show from 12/30/00 at Schuba's in Chicago. I will hopefully remember to update this more often now that the rods are playing more shows again.
